The system for e- registration of the Central Registry as a result of the successful realization of the project Joint Platform for starting a business, from today 8.7.2020 started functioning by upgrading additional functionalities:
This upgrade enables the entity in the process of filling in the application for registration to choose the possibility of voluntary registration as a VAT payer, whereby in the Decision for registration to receive a VAT number, which in the legal transaction will be recognized after the issuance of a Decision by the Public Revenue Office.
An additional opportunity provided by such an upgrade is the registration in the Employment Service Agency in compulsory Social Insurance of the legal representative in case he wants to establish an employment relationship at the time of registration of the entity, without the additional need to visit their offices.
Also, in order to simplify the process of registration of amendment through the system for e- registration, the possibility of entering a specific amount for the specific registration was approached, thus overcoming the step for additional payment after notification, the end result is reduction of administrative steps, as well as time shortening of the procedure itself.
