Through the e-registration system, the user is able to perform all registration entries, change or deletion for pledge and leasing or obtain information from the Registry.
The whole procedure can be performed via internet (online), without coming to the Central Registry Offices and according to the Tariff the price is 20 % lower that the price for submitting pledge on paper.
Online Registration is available 24 hours a day.
